Jacob Loko Charged With High Range Drink Driving
Canterbury-Bankstown NRL player Jacob Loko has been arrested and charged with high-range drink driving in the early hours of Friday morning.
Police said the 22-year old was seen driving down Whistler St Manly at 1.15 am this morning without any lights on.
After failing a roadside breath test Loko was taken to Manly police station where he was breathalysed and returned a reading of .189.
Loko, of Belmore was charged with high range PCA and had his licence suspended on the spot and ordered to appear at manly court on February 26.
Once considered a rising star the young full back has been plagued with injuries since bursting onto the scene with Parramatta in 2011. Since his debut Loko has only played 23 games. He signed with the Bulldogs while still injured and is yet to play a game for last years’ grand finalists
